You come and see us, we spend time with your child, and then both sides decide. It is a conversation between two families rather than an application disappearing into a system.

The process

Five steps from enquiry to first day

  1. Enquire

    Send the form below, call the office, or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your child's age and the chapter you are interested in.

  2. Visit a chapter

    Come during a normal school day. We would rather you saw the school working than saw it staged.

  3. Meet and assess

    An informal assessment appropriate to your child's age, so we can place them in the right year group and know where they need support from day one.

  4. Offer and confirmation

    If there is a place and it is the right fit, we issue an offer with the full fee schedule for your child's year group in writing.

  5. Enrolment and induction

    Documents, uniform, and an induction for parent and child so the first morning is not a shock.

What to bring

  • The child's birth certificate or B-Form
  • Passport copies where applicable
  • Recent passport sized photographs
  • The most recent school report and leaving or transfer certificate, if the child has attended school before
  • Parent or guardian CNIC or passport copy

If a document is missing or delayed, tell us. It is rarely a reason to hold up an application.

Worth asking any school you visit

How many children are in a class?

Fewer than you are probably used to. We cap class sizes deliberately, because a teacher who can hold thirty relationships cannot hold forty. Ask us for the exact number for your child's year group when you visit, and if a school will not give you that number plainly, that is worth noticing.

Which qualifications will my child leave with?

Cambridge IGCSE at Years 10 and 11, and A Levels at Years 12 and 13. We are entered with two boards, Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel, so a student can be put in for the syllabus that suits them rather than the only one available.

Which curriculum is actually being taught?

We teach the National Curriculum in England, from UK published textbooks, with strict adherence rather than a local adaptation. We are a registered and accredited Cambridge International School, and IGCSE here is administered and regulated by CAIE.

What happens when a child falls behind?

Assessment is used to steer the next lesson rather than to rank the year group, and from Key Stage 3 subjects are taught by specialists who recognise a gap for what it is. Where support is needed, you will hear about it from us rather than discovering it on a report.

How will I know what is going on?

Reporting runs on a fixed cycle, homework follows a predictable weekly rhythm, and the school office is reachable by phone and WhatsApp through office hours. If something is going wrong you should hear it from us before you have to ask.

Will my child be a regular candidate or a private candidate?

A regular school candidate, which matters more than most families realise. It means the school name is printed on the certificate, and that we can issue teacher and school recommendation letters, predicted grades, equivalency documentation and full UCAS support. Students who sit examinations privately get none of that, and universities increasingly ask for it. The full comparison is here.

Which examination boards do you use?

Both Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel at IGCSE, assigned subject by subject rather than school wide, so a student sits each paper with the board that suits it. A Levels are Pearson Edexcel, delivered through our Online School as an official Edexcel partner centre.

What if we move away, or need to study from home?
